Presenter Rev. Obadiah Smith.
The discussion will focus on the three end-time views. Pre-
millennialism, Post-millennialism, and Amillennialism are
the three main Christian views on the end times, differing
primarily on the timing of Christ’s Second Coming relative
to a symbolic or literal 1,000-year millennial reign
(Revelation 20).
1. Premillennialism says Christ returns before the
millennium (a future earthly kingdom).
2. Postmillennialism says Christ returns after the
millennium, which is a period of Christian cultural
dominance.
3. Amillennialism sees the millennium as symbolic
and says we’re in it now, with Christ returning at the
end of the current age for final judgment. This is
the Church of God view.
